Booking Policy:

A valid credit card on file is required for all appointments. Your appointment time is being reserved specifically for you, please provide 48 hrs notice for any cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 48 hrs notice) will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged a $100 no-show fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late would be considered a no-show.

A link to the online intake and consent forms will be included in your booking confirmation email. Please fill these out at least 48 hrs prior to your appointment.
